Food And Cooking
Your Own Food
We will be providing all meals throughout the weekend. See our menu below. However for a multitude of reasons there may those who wish to bring and prepare some of their own food. We ask that all food prep and cooking be done outside of the tent camping area. Food prep and cooking can be done in the community dinning tent and the community fire pit area. This is for safety of all campers and to not invite unwanted critters into the camping area.
Volunteers
Everyone helping out to cook and prepare meals for the weekend are all volunteers. This is by far the most labor intensive part of hosting this weekend. If you feel led to help out with this task, please dont be shy. I’m sure there is something the meal staff could use a hand with. So if your free before, during, or after a meal and feel led to help out, please ask the food volunteers if and where they could use a hand.
Cooking
Fires in the community fire pit and the wood cook stoves in the community dining tent will be kept burning all weekend and you are more than welcome to cook on them. We ask that everyone clean up after themselves and work together to keep these areas as neat and clean as possible. This will help discourage any pests or critters looking for easy meals.
Donate
Providing food for the weekend is by far our largest expense in offering this event to you. If you wish to help out financially with this expense and make it possible for us to offer this again in the future please make a donation to Creation Bound. You can see Jason or Stephanie about this in person or visit the donation link below to do it online. Any help with this expense is greatly appreciated and all goes to providing this same great experience for others at our future events. Thank You!
Hot Drink Station
Hot water and a hot drink station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. will be kept stocked in the community dinning tent and you are welcome to it. We ask that parents be aware of their children using this amenity that items are not wasted and the area is kept neat.
